Meet Dr. Omar R. Qureshi

Omar R. Qureshi, D.O. is a highly-skilled, double-board certified interventional pain medicine physician. He completed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Arizona. He went on to complete a residency in Anesthesiology followed by a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Dr. Qureshi is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Qureshi has extensive training in advanced interventional approaches to managing acute and chronic pain. He has authored many textbook chapters and has been published in several anesthesiology and pain medicine journals.

By establishing Premier Pain Management, Dr. Qureshi’s goal is to provide a comprehensive and compassionate approach to managing pain syndromes using a wide-range of evidence-based treatments to eliminate chronic pain rather than mask it.
